Privacy Policy

If you opt in, we store your consent date, signup placement, email preference and delivery records. Resend processes email addresses and message content for delivery. You can unsubscribe from these emails independently of portfolio alerts. Browser storage remembers the signup prompt experiment group and suppresses repeated prompts for 30 days. Signup and unsubscribe forms do not send email addresses or verification codes as analytics events.

Referral links use browser storage to retain a browser identifier, affiliate code, campaign and visit information. We link eligible referrals to verified accounts and subscription payments. Affiliates see pseudonymous customer references, payment amounts and commission status, not referred customers' names or email addresses. For affiliates, we store application details, a PayPal payout email, accepted terms, commission records and payment references. Authorized administrators review these records to operate the program.

We may collect information such as name, email address, login activity, invitation status, subscription status, account settings, and support requests.

We may process saved agents, watchlists, alert settings, followed records, export activity, and related account interactions so the product can show the records you choose to monitor.

If you connect Allocation Agents to an external AI assistant, the connection may read eligible saved portfolios and published strategy details. Portfolio management access is optional and requires a separate permission; saving or deleting a portfolio requires confirmation of the exact draft. OAuth credentials are random opaque values, and only their hashes are stored. Access tokens expire after 30 minutes, rotating refresh tokens after 30 days, and connections after 90 days unless revoked sooner. Data shared with an external assistant is subject to that provider's own privacy practices and is outside our control. We do not collect brokerage passwords or brokerage credentials for this workflow; any brokerage connection is made separately with the assistant or broker.

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, referral campaigns, and feature use, and Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings of page layouts, clicks, scrolling, and navigation. These services use cookies. Page text is masked in Clarity recordings, including account and saved portfolio details; form inputs are masked by Clarity. We do not use Clarity's custom identification feature to send account identities. You can allow or decline analytics and change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. We do not send your email, login codes, saved portfolio contents, or payment details as Google Analytics events. Separately, we may use aggregate or account-level usage data to understand feature adoption, diagnose issues, improve ranking and monitoring experiences, prevent abuse, and make the product more reliable.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Moore Tech, LLC does not need to store full card numbers in the application.

Hosting, analytics, database, authentication, email, observability, and infrastructure providers may process limited data needed to provide and secure the service.

We use access controls, environment secrets, operational processes, and vendor controls appropriate for a preview product. Security practices may change as the platform matures.

Because Allocation Agents is still evolving, this policy may be updated as features, vendors, subscription flows, account functionality, and data practices mature.
